How am I protected as a homeowner?

For Homeowners, CoLife offers peace of mind to protect your most important and valuable asset while renting a room in your home.

• $1 million liability policy and protection against property damages

• Up to $500,000 of real property damage subject to a deductible of $2,500

• Protects personal property (i.e. contents) when caused by a renter, with a $2,500 limit subject to a deductible of $250

• Up-to-date lease according to state by state law

• Background and credit checks on all guests

• We will find homeowners a new renter if ever needed so long as they are an active member on our platform

• We guarantee your rent in your account EVERY MONTH, and in the very rare case that it's needed, our attorneys will handle any necessary evictions
